It has been some time since I have written to you and I thought you might like to know what I have been up to.

Well, not only have I been busy touring and sharing fun times and exciting destinations with some of you for two years now. I have also been making sure all necessary licences and insurances are in place so that you can have the peace of mind that you are booking with a fully licensed Touring and Travel Company.

You can rest assured that each and every detail is taken care of to ensure the professionalism and security that you deserve with a personal touch.

I have recently completed the highly respected International Cruise Council Australasia Accreditation Program. This was due to growing demand for cruise holidays. Latest Cruise Council statistics show that more than 330,000 Australians took a cruise holiday in 2008 – a 26% increase on 2007 figures.

I am now an Accredited Cruise Consultant with the highly regarded International Cruise Council of Australasia and also a “Commodore” with Princess Cruises, which means I'm uniquely trained and qualified by the ICCA and The Princess Academy and considered a Certified Expert by them.

Given the huge interest in cruise holidays I felt that Loyalty Tours and Travel needed to hold a qualification that would be well recognised so you know that when you join us on a cruise or book your own cruise through us you will be getting the right advise and price.
